§ 153.51 STREETS.
   All streets and appurtenances thereto shall be constructed in accordance with details and specifications approved by the governing body.
   (A)   Street pavement widths standards. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the Director of Public Works.
   (B)   Curbs and gutters. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the Director of Public Works.
   (C)   Roadway pavements. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the Director of Public Works.
