§ 72.01 BICYCLE DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Any device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride, having two or three wheels in a tandem or tricycle arrangement, all of which are over 14 inches in diameter.
