(A) The Uniform Traffic Code for cities, townships and villages and all future amendments and revisions to the Uniform Traffic Code when they are effective in this state are incorporated and adopted by reference.
(B) References in the Uniform Traffic Code for Michigan cities, townships and villages referring to governmental unit shall mean the City of Mount Pleasant.
(C) The City Clerk shall publish this ordinance in the manner required by law and shall at the same time publish a supplementary notice setting forth the purpose of the said Uniform Traffic Code and that of the fact that complete copies of the code are available at the office of the City Clerk for inspection by and distribution to the public at all times.
