§ 155.240  KENNELS.
   (A)   Kennels shall be permitted only in the A-1 District as a special use.
   (B)   Every kennel shall be located at least 200 feet from the nearest dwelling, and at least 100 feet from any lot line.
   (C)   The lot on which any kennel is situated shall have a minimum area of three acres. (See Chapter 90 of this code of ordinances.)
