(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) The penalty for violating the terms of § 131.10 shall be a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $500. Each day on which a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
