§ 131.10  POSTING OF SIGNS IN BOULEVARDS OR PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, attach or post within the village any sign, advertisement, notice or billboard on village boulevards or public rights-of-way.
