(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Should any person so operate a skateboard, bicycle or in-line skates in a manner which is not in conformity with § 94.021, he or she shall have been deemed to have violated the provisions of § 94.021, and shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99.
