§ 91.095  SPITE FENCE DEEMED A NUISANCE.
   It shall be unlawful and deemed a nuisance under the provisions of this chapter, to erect a fence, maintain a fence, or embellish an existing fence for the purpose of annoying the owners or occupants of adjoining property.
