§ 90.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Failure to comply with the requirements of §§ 90.110 through 90.116 is punishable by ordinance violation with a fine up to $500 per day that the violation persists.
