In the event that the village, its agents or representatives, or the State Department of Agriculture determines that a colony located on village property is a nuisance, fails to comply with the Illinois Bees and Apiaries Act, being 510 ILCS 20, of otherwise fails to conform with the requirements of § 90.114 above, the Mayor of the village may revoke the property owner’s beekeeping license without notice.
