§ 96.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY MANAGER. The City Manager of the city or his authorized representative.
   PARK. Any land owned, operated and under the management and control of the city, devoted primarily to outdoor recreational activities, including without limitation the City Park, Heritage Park, Forest Avenue Nature Preserve, and the Bernard Avenue green space.
