(A) Rates for municipal swimming pool.
(1) The rates of admission for the adult municipal swimming pool shall be established by and may be changed from time to time by the City Manager.
(2) The rates for swimming lessons shall be established by and may be changed from time to time by the City Manager.

(B) Municipal pool limited to residents; exception. The Mt. Healthy Municipal Swimming Pool shall be limited to those persons living within the corporate limits of the city, except as provided in this division (B). The City Manager is authorized, within his or her discretion, to allow non-residents of the city to use the municipal swimming pool for up to seven days per week during normal days and hours of operation.
