(A) Tobacco products of all kinds shall be banned from use at the city park pool, community center building and the playground at all times.
(B) Tobacco products of all kinds shall be banned from use during all events at the city park gazebo, area surrounding gazebo, stage, area surrounding stage, and ball fields including, movies in the park, concerts, city sponsored events, sporting events including games and practices and any other events where a gathering of people takes place.
