The following streets and alleys in the municipality have traffic traveling in one direction only:
(A) It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle in the opposite direction on the streets or alleys designated hereunder:

(B) Any violation of (A) of this schedule shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50.
