SCHEDULE VII. RIGHT TURNS ON RED PROHIBITED ON SCHOOL DAYS.
   (A)   The City Manager is authorized and directed to install proper signs at certain intersections indicating right turn restrictions.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person in any vehicle to make a right turn on a red light on Mondays through Fridays on school days between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the following intersections.
