(A) The City Manager shall install stop signs at the following intersections as near as practicable to the property line of the streets at the entrance to which the stop must be made.
(B) Every operator of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to a stop sign at an intersection at such sign or at a clearly marked stop line.

(C) Any violation of this schedule shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $25.
