§ 35.22 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE AS UNIT OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Emergency Medical Service shall be a unit of the Fire Department.
   (B)   It is not the intention of this section to change the line of command within the emergency medical service as provided in § 35.21.
