1325.04 NEW SIGNS IN ALL DISTRICTS; ISSUANCE OF PERMITS BY ADMINISTRATOR; FEE.
   (a)   A new sign to be erected in any area of a type or nature not listed in Section 1325.03(a) shall require a permit issued by the Administrator.
   (b)   Before any person shall erect a sign as set forth in subsection (a) hereof, he or she shall make a written application to the Administrator, accurately indicating the location, type or style, size and dimensions of the proposed sign. The application must contain identifying information as to the owner of the sign or the person responsible for it.
   (c)   The sign permit fee shall be established by the Village Council and is located on the list of fees in the Village office.
