941.05 INDIGENTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BURIAL OR CREMATION.

The following individuals are not eligible for burial or cremation at Village expense:

(a) The person is not a legal resident of the Village and his place of residence is known.

(b) Non-resident inmate of a corrections, benevolent, or charitable institution of the State of Ohio.

(c) The bodies of indigents who are delivered for the purpose of medical or surgical study or dissection in accordance with Ohio R.C. 171.34.
