941.02 ELIGIBILITY.

The Village will pay for the interment or cremation for indigents who are legal residents of the Village Mount Gilead, Ohio. The Village will also pay for the interment or cremation of deceased indigents that are found within the Village and whose legal residence cannot be determined.
