941.01 PAYMENT BY VILLAGE.

When the body of a dead human being is found within the municipal corporation of the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio and the body is not claimed by any person for private intermentor cremation at the person's own expense and the deceased is indigent, then the Village will pay for the burial or cremation.
