(a) From the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 1094, passed February 2, 1987), the Village shall not extend sewer service to areas beyond the corporate boundaries of the Village without proper resolution of Council authorizing such extension.
(b) If an extension of sewer service is authorized by Council beyond the limits of the Village corporation boundaries, then pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.49, Council shall set the sewer service charges for users located outside the corporate limits of the Village on an individual basis, so long as such charges are equal to or exceed charges within the Village.
