731.99 PENALTY.

In addition to the revocation of license provisions in Section 731.09, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, carrying a maximum penalty of sixty days imprisonment or a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine, or both.
