721.09 REVOCATION OF PERMITS AND LICENSES.
   Permits and licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked by the Village Administrator for any of the following causes:
   (a)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for the license;
   (b)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on business as a peddler or mobile food service operator;
   (c)   Any violation of this chapter;
   (d)   Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude; and an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public;
   (e)   Conducting the business of peddling or mobile food service operation in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public;
   (f)   The organization sponsoring or employing individuals violating any of the provisions of this Chapter 721 may be prosecuted and held liable for the criminal penalties contained herein.
