721.08 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Any Police Officer of the Village shall require any person seen peddling or operating a mobile food service operation, who is not known by the officer to be duly licensed, to produce his or her peddler's or mobile food service operator's license, and shall enforce this chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
