(a) See administrative fee schedule.
(b) All fees shall be paid at the time of application for review and/or approval.
(c) For all application for permits, variances, amendments, etc, to Zoning Board of Appeals or Planning Commission, the applicant shall be charged for actual administrative costs incurred if those costs exceed the fees as set forth herein.
