It is unlawful for any mobile food concessions vendor, or licensee, agent, or employee of that vendor to operate in an unauthorized location, private or public; without a valid health department license; liability insurance; fire inspection and/or in violation of health department regulations. A violator of any section of this chapter may be subject to criminal prosecution, fines, revocation of the license, and/or denial of mobile food concession operations for a period no less than one (1) year.
