4-11-1: PURPOSE:

The creation and intent of this chapter is to promote and ensure the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents and visitors of the City of Mountain Home. Specifically, this chapter provides proper regulations and best practices for operating and maintaining a safe, clean, and appealing temporary mobile food concessions operation within the City.
