3-4-5: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Any police officer shall, in connection with the officer's duties imposed by law, enforce the provision of this chapter and shall have authority to eject from the public park any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe is acting in violation of this chapter.
   B.   The Parks Superintendent and all employees of the Parks and Recreation Department shall have authority to enforce any provision of this chapter and shall have the authority to eject from any park or public facility any person violating any provision of this chapter. The Park Superintendent or their designated representative shall further have the authority to regulate activities in any area where necessary to prevent congestion and to secure maximum use of the parks for the comfort and convenience of the public.
   C.   Section 6-4-8 Parking Violation/Idaho Code Section 49-1804: Whenever any police officer, Park Superintendent or their designated representative finds a vehicle unattended in the park and the vehicle is parked in violation of this chapter, such person may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest available garage or place of safety at the cost of the vehicle's owner.
