6-4-8: PARKING IN CITY PARKS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in any city park between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., except where prior written permission has been granted therefor by the mayor, city council or the chief of police for special events held at any park. (Ord. 1553, 9-27-2010)
