713.07 DISPOSITION OF FEES; PAYMENT OF EXPENSES.

All fees paid to the City Clerk by virtue of Sections 713.04 and 713.06 shall be delivered by him to the City Treasurer who shall deposit the same in the General Fund. The operating expenses required in the administration of this article shall be paid by the City Treasurer from the General Fund of the City.
