§ 155.003 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   The requirements adopted herein shall apply to all development proposals that are subject to the provisions of § 150.054 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If this chapter or any provision herein is held to be applicable to any person, property or work, the holding shall not affect the applicability hereof to any other person, property or work.
