(A) Within ten days of the non-resident user returning the meter, the town will submit an invoice to the non-resident user for the amount of the water used. The non-resident user will be billed according to the prevailing rate.
(B) The non-resident user/water transport/pool water will be billed monthly according to the prevailing rate.
