(A) Non-resident users must rent a water meter from the town prior to connecting to the town's water supply. The rental fee for the water meter shall be $100 per hook up each time they want to obtain water.
(B) Non-resident users/water transport/pool water must pay $100 per year to gain access to water. The non-resident user/water transport/pool water would pay the $100 to obtain a key to get meter access for that year. Keys can be obtained from the Clerk Treasurer. Nonresident users/water transport/pool water must use the designated hydrant set forth by the town. Each company is responsible for recording the amount of water they obtain.
