§ 51.20 NON-RESIDENT USER MUST CONTACT TOWN OFFICES BEFORE CONNECTING TO WATER SUPPLY.
   Any person or entity that is a non-resident user must contact the town offices or the General Manager before connecting to the town's water supply.
