(A) Each user, at the time of connection with the waterworks system, shall pay a charge to cover the costs of tapping the main, furnishing and laying service pipe, corporation and stop cocks, service and meter box and installation of the meter.
(B) The charge for a 5/8-inch or smaller meter tap shall be $250. The charge for a tap larger than 5/8 inch will be $1,550.
(C) A water capacity fee per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) is the sum of $1,200.
