§ 100.16 REMOVAL OF UNLAWFULLY PLANTED TREES.
   If any tree is found growing in violation of this subchapter, it shall be lawful for the Town Council to cause such tree to be removed without notice to any owner of the land upon which such tree is located.
§ 100.99 PENALTY.
   If any person shall be found to have willfully violated §§ 100.15 and 100.16, such persons shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $100.
