§ 99.04 DAMAGE TO STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, remove, or displace, or cause to be injured, removed, or displaced, any earth, stone, gravel, or other material forming a part of any street, sidewalk, or alley, or to damage, remove, or deface any appurtenance in any street or alley within the town, without permission so to do from the Board of Trustees.
