§ 99.03 OBSTRUCTING STREET DRAINS OR GUTTERS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any real estate within the town, or any person, to obstruct, cause, or suffer the obstruction of any ditch, drain, or gutter, made by authority of the town, running along side, in front of, or through any such real estate, or in any street.
