(A) No person shall cause or allow a vehicle to stop, stand or park on the following portions or parts of streets or alleys in the town.

(B) Penalty.
(1) Any person who violates the above parking prohibition on Industrial Drive set forth in Ord. 2021-1 shall be subject to the following penalties:
(a) First violation: $100.
(b) Second violation: $200.
(c) Third and more violations: $500 per violation.
(2) Any person who violates any other parking prohibition set forth in the above table shall be subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule I(B).
