§ 71.06 CONTAINMENT OF LOADS REQUIRED.
   Any person hauling stone, oil, rubbish or any other material shall see that the vehicle is of adequate dimensions and tight, so no material shall fall from the vehicle. Any material falling from a vehicle shall be promptly removed from the street by the driver, who shall be responsible for any damage done. Penalty, see § 70.99
