§ 40.105 LIABILITY FOR VIOLATIONS

   (A)   The registered owner of any licensed motor vehicle shall be responsible for any violations of §§ 40.101 through 40.105 of this chapter involving such vehicle.

   (B)   The owner or operator of any nonlicensed vehicle shall be responsible for violations of §§ 40.101, 40.102, 40.103(A) or 40.104 of this chapter.

   (C)   The operator of the vehicle shall be responsible for violations of § 40.103(B) of this chapter.
