§ 40.102  PARKING
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle such that any wheel is closer than one (1) foot from the pavement on any highway which does not have a curb.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle at the side of any highway within two hundred (200) feet preceding a sign which prohibits parking (No Parking) during a specified period of time.  If no times are specified, then parking is prohibited at any time.  The City Council shall authorize, by resolution, the installation or removal of such signs from time to time as may be deemed to be in the public interest.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle:
      (1)   Beside any curb painted yellow;
      (2)   Within twenty (20) feet of any fire hydrant; or
      (3)   In any marked parking space for the purpose of maintenance or repair.
