§ 30.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   A person who violates § 30.07(B)(1) shall be fined $50. A person who violates § 30.07(B)(2) shall be fined $100.

   (C)   Any person violating § 30.21(B) shall be subject to punishment for indirect contempt of court pursuant to I.C. § 34-47-3 and a fine of $500. Any person violating § 30.21(B) shall also be subject to having the firearm or weapon confiscated by the proper law enforcement officials.

   (D)   Any person entering or exiting the county courthouse in violation of § 30.22 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $150 for each such violation. Any violation of § 30.22 may be prosecuted by the County Prosecutor and/or the County Attorney.
