§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Persons continuing to violate § 96.01 for more than 20 days after an order from the Board of Commissioners of the county shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100, but each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
