(A) The County Health Department shall be permitted to enter upon all properties at reasonable times to ensure compliance with this subchapter to: inspect facilities, equipment or records, investigate allegations, determine soil characteristics, conduct tests and collect samples.
(B) The Health Officer or designee shall inspect each OSS, for which a permit is required under provisions of this subchapter.
(C) No portion of the OSS shall be covered before an inspection can take place.
(D) The permit shall be signed in compliance prior to the utilization of the OSS.
(E) The Health Officer or designee shall make the inspection within two working days of the receipt of notice from the applicant.
