For purposes of calculating all employee overtime, paid vacation time, paid compensatory time and paid holiday time, including the personal days granted by Section 153.02(a), shall be considered as "hours worked." All other time shall not be considered as "hours worked."
All overtime is authorized at the discretion of an employee's Department Head with the approval of the Mayor.
