1325.01 UNSAFE CONDITION; CORRECTION OR REMOVAL REQUIRED.

Whenever the Building Inspector shall find that any sign or billboard is unsafe, insecure or a public nuisance the procedures and requirements of Section 1325.13(h) - (i) for Temporary Signs shall apply.
