For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare of the Municipality, the following districts are hereby established:
A-l Agricultural District.
R-2 Suburban Residential Single-Family Residence District.
R-2A Suburban Residential Single-Family Residence District.
R-3 One and Two Family Residence District.
R-4 Multi-Family Residence District.
B-l Neighborhood Business District.
B-2 General Business District.
M-1 Light Industrial District.
M-2 General Industrial District.
C Conservation District.
WO Wellhead Operation District.
WP Well Field Protection Overlay District.
