§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   It shall be a civil infraction for any person, corporation, limited liability company or other legal entity to violate the terms of §§ 151.15 through 151.17 of this code, punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor greater than $50. Each such violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense. Fine and court costs may be assessed for violations which shall be cited in the Town Court by written citation.
   (C)   (1)   If a permit is not obtained and this fact is discovered while the job is in progress, a fine of $10 per square foot of disturbed surface, with a minimum of $30 shall be assessed. A permit is still required and its cost shall be in addition to the fine. The job shall be closed down until the required permit is obtained.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any other provisions of §§ 151.30 through 151.42 of this code shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (D)   There will be a fine of not more than $50 for violations of § 151.32 of this code, and separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or which a violation occurs or continues.
